Terms & Conditions for Little Guy Lawn Care

Welcome to Little Guy Lawn Care! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services Offered

We provide residential and commercial lawn care services including, but not limited to:

Mowing and trimming
Mulching
Seasonal clean-up
Hedge and shrub maintenance
Custom lawn care plans

All services are subject to property inspection and may be adjusted based on lawn size, terrain, and customer requests.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that gates are unlocked and pets are secured on scheduled service days.
If we are unable to access your property, the service will be skipped and may still be billed.

3. Payments

Invoices will be sent via email or Yardbook and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via credit/debit card, ACH transfer, Venmo, or check.
A late fee of $10 may apply to invoices unpaid after 7 days.
For recurring services, monthly billing is available and preferred.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled services.
Frequent cancellations may result in the loss of preferred scheduling or additional fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-service the area at no extra cost.
Refunds are only issued in cases where corrective service cannot resolve the issue.

6. Weather Delays

Services may be postponed due to inclement weather for safety or quality reasons.
We will reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

7. Property Damage

We are fully insured and take precautions to avoid damage.
Please report any concerns immediately. We will assess and, if appropriate, repair or compensate for any damage caused by our team.

8. Seasonal Services

Some services (e.g., leaf removal, fertilization) are seasonal and will only be available during certain months.
Customers will be notified ahead of seasonal service windows.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may cancel services at any time with written notice.
Little Guy Lawn Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

10. Privacy

Your information is kept confidential and will never be sold or shared without your consent. Contact information is used solely for communication and billing purposes.

11. Amendments

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
